Came here from MMi
I've been in the tech support world for around 20 years starting in the Royal Corps of Signals when I left school as a telecommunications engineer.
Did a few shitty jobs such as house clearance and car building but then moved on to become an Applecare advisor and most recently a fault analyst for British Airways. (Literally just been made redundant yesterday)
Definitely a bit of a fanboy since before I worked for Apple.
I own a jailbroken 6+, appletv 4, 2009 imac, cinema display, iPod nano, iPod video modded with an ssd and have previously owned a lot more.
I enjoy learning about the mod/tweak stuff and spent a lot of time following the uniaw journey changing the code for my own purposes. I'm not a programmer or anything like that but I like to get a starting point from those who are and then mess around until things work how I like.
The only way to learn is to break stuff then work out how to fix it! [emoji38]
